Joshua Fletcher and Will McConnell and the Cubs directly benefitted from our rec league (Bambinos) program. Joshua was a member of the Sox and Will was a Cub last Spring. The speed of the game takes some time to adjust to, but both Joshua and Will are adapting well and contributing to the good start. 
Joshua (Josh to his teammates) was drafted in the winter draft and is a quick footed second baseman/outfielder who is adapting well to the competitive level of Cal Ripken. Joshua's favorite big leaguer is Johnny Damon and favorite team is the Red Sox.
 Will (Scout) was called up from the Bambinos this January. Will pitched and played 3rd base for the Bambino Cubs who finished 11-3 last year.
Will is a Pujols/Cardinals fan and is providing solid play at 3rd and in the outfield for AA. His bat has contributed to the offense of the team as well.
